With reference to our invitation for request for Bids “Supply and Delivery of Echo Sounders with Tracking Devices on Anchored Fish Aggregating Devices (AFADs) and Providing Satellite Communication with Data Management Platform Service” announcement no: (IUL)30-TFSM/30/2025/81 published on 4^th May 2025, 01^st addendum, announcement no: (IUL)30-TFSM/30/2025/106, published on 27^th May 2025 and 02^nd addendum announcement no: (IUL)30-TFSM/30/2025/108, published on 04 June 2025.

This is to inform all prospective bidders that the following changes have been brought to the Bid document:

3.1 Post qualification Requirements

(a) Financial Capability

Bidder shall submit audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidder’s country, other financial statements acceptable to the Purchaser, for the last 03 years prior to bid submission deadline, demonstrating the current soundness of the Bidder’s financial position. For a joint venture, this requirement shall be met by each member;

The annual sales turnover should be 300% or above the project value. Financial statements will be evaluated based on:

Profitability ratios
Liquidity ratios
Other relevant financial indicators
