EQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

(Project Number: TES/2025/NC-005)

01. Ministry of Finance and Planning on behalf of Addu Equatorial Hospital (AEH) invites interested proponents to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) to Manage and Operate Cath Lab at Addu Equatorial Hospital (AEH) for a period of 5 years. 

02. Interested proponents must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the services (background of the proponent’s technical expertise, description of any similar assignments undertaken, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, value of those services etc.)

03. The Employer will prepare a short list of proponents based on the Expression of Interest (EOI)’s and detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) will be released to the shortlisted parties.

04. A more detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the project will be available on the Ministry’s website www.finance.gov.mv  from 15^th June 2025. Interested proponents may obtain further information by writing to the address below. It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this Project.

05. Any clarifications regarding the project should be sent to the address below on or before 13:00 Hours Maldivian Time on Wednesday, 18^th June 2025.

06. Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by e-mail) by 1400 hours (Local Time) on 29^th June 2025.
