INVITATION FOR BIDS (2^nd IULAAN)

Translation and Production of Book on Protected Birds in the Maldives

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MTE) has received financing from Global Environmental Facility (GEF) for the project Enhancing National Development through Environmentally Resilient Islands (ENDhERI), is seeking to translate and production of high quality hardcover book (approximately 430 pages) on the Protected Birds of the Maldives.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv  for downloading.  It is also attached with this advertisement.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 10:00 AM Maldivian Time on 22^nd June 2025. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 10:05AM on 22^nd June 2025 the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.

Pre-bid Meeting  

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15^th June 2025 at 1200 hours Maldivian time at the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (Faashanaa Maalam, Dharubaaruge, Ameenee Magu, Henveiru)
