INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MoTE) hereby announces the procurement of catering services for the World Environment Day 2025 events, which will be held in Laamu Gan and Fonadhoo. Interested and eligible bidders are hereby invited to submit sealed bids for this service.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Tourism and Environment’s website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading. It is also attached with this advertisement.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment, before 10:00AM Maldivian Time on 19^th  June 2025. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 10:05AM on 19 June 2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
