MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
- A’Level 3 passes (or)
- O’level 5 passes
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a relevant field.
OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for running a smooth operation of front desk activities and ensuring a pleasant and warm experience for the guests and visitors.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met.
- Provide assistance, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about the establishment's services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle the front desk area efficiently, including check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and room assignments.
- Attend to reservations, cancellations, and modifications of bookings.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing procedures.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Address guest concerns, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner.

- Strong Communication skills both verbally and written.
- Exceptional customer service including active listening.
- Good organizational and management skills.
- Well organized, detail-oriented and forward-thinking.
- Should possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Should be familiar with data collection and analysis.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 13,000.00
