REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
Development of Domestic Airport in Aa. Mathiveri, Maldives
1. The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure (MCHI) invites qualified and interested parties, local and foreign with demonstrated financial and technical capability to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI) for financing the development of Domestic Airport in Aa. Mathiveri, Maldives.
2. This project, approved under Presidential Decree No. 2025/9 dated 1 April 2025, is a key national initiative aimed for construction of domestic airport in Aa. Mathiveri, Ari Atoll, Maldives. The project will be implemented under a cross-subsidisation model, whereby the selected investor may propose commercially viable components to offset the capital and operational costs of the facility, Contractor Financing, PPP Model or Loan Financing.
3. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be found at the following website: www.infrastructure.gov.mv or can be obtained at the address given below.
4. Interested parties are required to submit their EOI to the address provided below. Alternatively, submissions may be sent via email to [email protected]. All submissions must be received no later than 1300hrs Maldivian time on Sunday, 15th June 2025.
