The Maldives Pension Administration Office re-invites qualified individuals to submit proposals to provide Customer Relationship Management Consultancy services, as an adequate number of responses was not received in the initial call.

The objective of this consultancy is to review the existing client service framework, identify any gaps, and recommend improvements that align with modern service delivery standards.

Interested individuals are requested to submit proposals with the required documents via email to [email protected] before 1300 hours on 6 May 2025.
