 Minimum Requirement: 
 | 
- AFC Fitness Coaching Certificate ( Level 1,2,3 ) or equivalent from a recognized football federation
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field
 
- Additional certifications in Strength & Conditioning (S&C) or High-Performance Training are an advantage
 
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working as a fitness or conditioning coach at professional club or national team level
 
- Proven experience in designing and implementing football-specific fitness programs
 
- Background in injury prevention, recovery strategies, and periodization for elite athletes
 
- Conduct regular fitness assessments, monitor player conditioning, and report performance data
 
- Implement injury prevention strategies, recovery protocols, and rehab support
 
 
- In-depth knowledge of modern training methodologies and sports science principles
 
- Ability to adapt programs for different player profiles and match demands
 
- Strong organizational and communication skills

 Responsibilities: 
 | 
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of Physical Training assignment.
 
 
- Performs planning, organization and execution on the field Physical Training duties and Coordinator for all practice sessions and competitions.
 
- The Trainer will create an exercise program geared to the FAM fitness level and experience in order to meet the FAM objectives.
 
- Assist in the development of team rules and policies.
 
- Responsible for supervision, instruction and direction of players.
 
- Support, abide and enforce all academic guidelines and policies of the Association, technical department and Football program to ensure academic progress of the Players.
 
- Support and work cooperatively with Sports Medicine/Athletic Training, Strength and Conditioning, Equipment, Student Development, Life Skills, etc. and areas in accordance with department policies and procedures.
 
- Perform duties with professional conduct, being fiscally responsible and with a commitment to players.
 
- Build quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with players.
 
- Evaluate the players’ skills and review their performance records to determine their fitness levels.
 
 
- Attend all staff meetings as scheduled by FAM
