Assistant Cargo Officer (2)
Requirement / Qualifications:

Diploma or any equivalent qualification pertaining to Airport Operations /or
-
Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a related field.

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Must be Computer literate.
Employment Type: Contract (1 year)
Key responsibilities:
· Attend to Customer requirements.
· Prepare documents and release all cargo from the cargo office in a timely manner.
· Ensure all screening procedures have been done according to SOP’s.
· Liaison with authorities for completing cargo screening process.
· Handle cargo and prepare documents related to import & export cargo.
· Perform all other duties related to the job as assigned by the management.
· Any other work related to cargo handling assigned by the Superiors.

Must have a positive attitude and great customer service skills.

Be able to handle irate and disgruntled customers.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.

Able to work shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.

Be able to work extended shifts when required due to varying flight schedules, manpower shortage and seasonal needs.

Basic Salary: MVR 6,080/-

Service Allowance: MVR 3,450/-
