- Minimum AFC / FAM Goalkeeping Course Level 1
 
- Minimum 3 years Experience in related field.
 
- Fluently spoken and written both (English / Dhivehi)
 
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
 
- Good organizational, management & administrative Skills
 
- Proficient computer skills

 Responsibilities: 
 | 
- Create and implement a high-quality Football training program to achieve for Players.
 
- Work closely with the Head Coach to ensure consistent delivery of Goalkeeper-specific training.
 
- Monitoring of Goalkeeper’s performance during games and training.
 
- Ensure suitable Goalkeeper integration with outfield players.
 
- Attend all staff meetings as scheduled by FAM & Team.
 
- Assist in the development of team rules and policies.
 
- Responsible for supervision, instruction and direction of the goalkeeper.
 
- Devise individual development plans and schemes based on analysis of performance.
 
- Play an active role in the recruitment and retention of junior goalkeepers.
 
- Produce detailed player reports.
 
- Build quality relationships and work collaboratively and professionally with players.
 
- To provide necessary coaching for groups under their control.
 
- Evaluate the goalkeeper’s skills and review their performance records to determine their levels.
 
- Manage Goalkeeping coaches thought-out the Academy system.
