Job Responsibilities

• Solving & assisting on issues related to ERP master data
• Work with functional team & Developers team on design, creation, and maintenance of automated Work-Flow Processes
• Organize trainings and promote the use and education of automated Work-Flow processes across the organization
• Review Help Desk Tickets, complaints, and recommendations from end users regarding functions of automated Work-Flow processes

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Equivalent Qualification in ICT field

Preferred Requirements

• Previous experience in IT field
• Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office software
