Third Amendment to the Announcement No: (IUL)88-PS/88/2024/38 for the submission of proposal to develop a tourist facility in the uninhabited islands or plot of lagoons pursuant to Regulation Number: R-69/2016

The following amendment is made to the Announcement No: (IUL)88-PS/88/2024/38 for the submission of proposal to develop a tourist facility in accordance with Regulation Number: R-69/2016 (Regulation for Submission of Proposals for Leasing of Islands, Land and Lagoons for Tourism Purposes)

Third Amendment:

The following islands stated on the Announcement No: (IUL)88-PS/88/2024/38 have been removed from the list.

Please be informed that the Lease Acquisition Costs (LAC) for aforementioned list of islands and lagoons to be leased, will be calculated in accordance with the Announcement No. (IUL)88-PS/88/2024/36, dated 30th May 2024.

Hence, interested parties are encouraged to submit their proposals for the islands and lagoons including for plot of lagoon with proposed size of lagoon and demarcated map, to be acquired as per the aforementioned regulation along with the application form that can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).
