Procurement of 1500kW Generator set.

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested and eligible companies to supply 1500kW generator set as per Information Sheet attached.

This is a retraction of FNK-I/IUL/2023/233 which was cancelled due to bid submissions being priced higher than acceptable.

All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 1,000.00 (One  Thousand US Dollars) or its equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

• Bid security should be:

-  Original bank guarantee letter (or)

-  Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

-  An insurance policy from an insurance company registered at Maldives Monetary Authority.ss

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• Bids should be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of bid opening.

A confirmation email shall be sent upon registration to the respective email. Bids shall be opened on 25^th July 2023 at 1000hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
