Job Responsibilities
|
- Overseeing all activities pertaining to concrete preparation, placement, installation, finishing, and curing
- Dividing concrete construction projects into different stages and evaluating how much labor and materials are required for each stage.
- Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion.
- Assigning and delegating tasks to concrete laborers and providing overall guidance.
- Maintaining accurate records of the number of hours worked and the number of materials used for each project.
- Ensure all delivery documentations are in correct order and required signatory process is complete at the end of every delivery.
- Bringing any construction, delivery, or concrete quality problems to the notice of the manager
- Ensuring that all activities related to concrete preparations, delivery, placement, and pumping are conducted smoothly.
- Maintaining and updating daily work reports and work schedules
- Personal protective equipment is required on a regular basis, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, and as needed, safety-toed boots, respirator, protective clothing, gloves, and other protective equipment.
- Employee will be required to work in outdoor environments which may include exposure to extreme temperatures, dusts, and cement.
- Be willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Maintain proper communication with construction site supervisors.
- Adhering to and ensuring workers always follows the safety and health guidelines
