INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
LEASE OF UNITS FOR THE PROVISION OF RETAIL STORES FROM COMMERCIAL BLOCK C & D
- Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposal for lease of units for the provision of retail stores from commercial block C & D.
- The unit identified for the project are:

- C1-1-02 measuring an area of 485.56 sqft
- C1-1-07 measuring an area of 320.33 sqft
- D-1-03 measuring an area of 486.91 sqft
- Proposals must be submitted no later than 14:00 hrs on 1st December 2022 (Thursday), and must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in accordance with the Instruction to Proponents.
