Invitation to register for Tender

“Lease of space for design, build and operation of a Restaurant in HDh. Kulhudhuffushi Airport premises”

RACL is seeking interested and capable parties to submit their proposals for “Lease of space for design, build and operation of a Restaurant in Kulhudhuffushi Airport premises”.

The proposed lease period is 25 years, and the size of the space is 2000 square feet. The location is in front of the arrival terminal of the Airport (Annex 1: Map of the location attached).

Interested parties are invited to register by sending an email to [email protected] with the following information, on or before 14:00, September 28^th, 2022.

1. Bidder name
2. Registration number
3. Contact information (contact person, contact number and email address)

Note that the proponents who do not register shall not be allowed to participate in the proposal submission. Hence, we request all potential proponents to complete the registration process prior to the deadline specified.

A full set of tender documents will be shared with the registered parties followed by a pre-proposal meeting if required.
