MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• A’Level 3 Passes (OR)
• O’Level 5 Passes (Including Dhivehi & English)

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to carry out the works of the sales function of HDC and provide comprehensive administrative support.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Prepare and announce Request for Proposals (RFPs), bidding documents and perform other administrative tasks related to sale of products developed by the corporation.
• Meet with potential customers and listen to their requests and concerns to close a sales deal.
• Provide assistance to achieve the strategic plans established to reach sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty and improve customer satisfaction.
• Assist in preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the sales metrics as directed by the supervisor.
• Build a positive relationship with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Assist in analyzing current sales strategies and suggesting solutions for improvement.
• Maintain good knowledge of the Company’s products and services.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Considerable basic knowledge of principles of sales, product development, marketing and customer service.
• Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
• Should possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should possess excellent writing skills, presentation skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external parties.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 13,000.00
