a) Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or in a field related to the assignment with minimum general experience of 3 years in a related field/ or similar capacity including minimum 2 years specific experience of designing/ review and implementing Water and Sanitation Projects OR b) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or in a field related to the assignment with minimum general experience of 5 years in a related field/ or similar capacity including minimum 2 years specific experience of designing/ review and implementing harbor sector works projects or related field with substantial management/ supervisory responsibilities. c) Should possess sound knowledge of computer aided design software/applications. d) Should have excellent command over English with proven communication and presentation and negotiation skills. e) Should be capable of providing leadership, motivation and training to the staff and stakeholders. f) Work Experience in Maldives will be an additional advantage. g) Should have strong leadership, management and communication skills in presenting, discussing and resolving difficult issues and have ability to work efficiently and effectively with a multidisciplinary team. |

a) Provide advice to the Project Team on all technical aspects of the projects. b) Carryout inspection trips to project sites to monitor works and ensure compliance with requirements of Engineering standards/practices including the environmental issues as applicable to the project. |

a) MQA level 4 qualification in Architecture/ Design/ Technical or any other relevant field with minimum 3 years of professional work experience in the related areas including water and sanitation projects, housing, social development, infrastructure, program evaluation and coordination. b) Proven work experience in a similar field. c) Experience in the related areas including Water and Sewerage Projects, housing, social development, infrastructure, program evaluation and coordination. d) Experience with Auto CAD. e) Experience with office management software such as MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Projects) and familiar with other designing software such as Adobe and Autodesk. f) Good communication, presentation and writing skills in both English and Dhivehi. g) Must be able to work independently, be reliable and organized.
