BetweenMVR 10,500.00 – MVR 22,000.00 (Including basic salary and other allowances)

Projects, Planning and Development Department

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in architecture or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent technical drawing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong creative visualization skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop concepts for the proposed ideas
• Managing and designing projects from concept development to project completion
• Developing and presenting project proposals
• Adjusting designs and meet the consumer requirements
• Preparing detail drawings, blueprints, specifications
• Preparing tender documents and BOQ
• Be aware of the guideline changes
