Tenderers are hereby invited by State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives, to hire an experienced party for MSS office renovation work at STO Trade Center.

1.The Eligible Tenderers are limited to:

Parties that have successfully completed 02 (two) projects, Renovation works valued over MVR 1,000,000.00, in the last 05 (five) years, which should be renovated for Greater Male’ Region.

• Project completion will be validated only by reference letters/project completion letter, issued to the bidder by the respective client.
• Reference letters received ONLY in the name of the project owner (companies’/government entities/institutions/commissions etc.) will be considered and documents in the name of individual members/consultants will not be considered.
• STO reserves the right to verify the reference letters/project completion letter submitted by the Bidder and the Bidder shall, when so required by STO, make available all such information, evidence and documents as may be necessary for such verification.
• STO reserves the right to reject reference letters if the project completion date/year or scope of work is not clearly mentioned in the letter. 

Only the tenderers who meet the eligibility criteria shall be registered under this tender.
