Conflict of Interest

4.1
|
A Bidder shall not have a conflict of interest. Any Bidder found to have a conflict of interest shall be disqualified. A bidder is found to have a conflict of interest for the purpose of this Bidding Process if the Bidder;

e) |
Has a close business or family relationship with a staff of RACL who;
(i) are directly or indirectly involved in the preparation of the request for proposal or specifications of the Contract, and/or the Proposal evaluation process of such Contract; (ii) would be involved in the implementation or supervision of such Contract. (iii) is a senior management staff of RACL. |
