Procurement of 500KVA (Step-Down) Transformers with Ring Main Unit and LV Panel

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested and eligible companies to supply 500KVA (Step-Down) transformers with ring main unit and LV panel as per Information Sheet attached.

Please note that this is a re-tender of FNK-I /IUL/2021/342

All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 5,000.00 (Five Thousand US Dollars).

• Bid security should be:

-          Original bank guarantee letter (or)

-          Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

-          An insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• Bid should be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of bid opening.

A confirmation email shall be sent upon registration to the respective email. Bids shall be opened on 06^th January 2022 at 1100hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
