Design, Build and Turnkey Project to Establish a New Powerhouse in

Gn. Fuvahmulah City with MV Grid Rehabilitation under

Contractor Finance

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested local and foreign companies to design, build and turnkey project to establish a new Powerhouse in Gn. Fuvahmulah city as per information provided in the bid document and in pre-bid session.

• All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand US Dollars).
• Bid security should be:

            -  Original bank guarantee letter (or)

            -  Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

            -  An insurance policy from Maldives Monetary Authority registered insurance company.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 30 (thirty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• Bid should be valid for a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of bid opening.

There is a pre-bid information session for interested parties on 10^th September 2020, Thursday 1100hrs (Maldivian time) at Fenaka Corporation Head Office (7^th Floor, Ports Complex Building). Interested bidders shall also register at Fenaka Corporation Head Office as mentioned above and late registration shall not be accepted.

Bids shall be opened on 24^th September 2020 at 1100hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
