Educational Requirement:

• Minimum AFC “C” Certificate coaching course or,
• FAM Grassroots coaching course certificates
• Former Player
• Experience in youth coaching
• Fluently spoken and written both (English / Dhivehi)
• Able to manage and lead people of diverse backgrounds and different positions
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good organizational, management & administrative Skills
• Proficient computer skills

Roles:

• Coaching all age groups best-selected players from each zone/atoll in a positive, enjoyable and creating a safe learning environment under the guidance of the Football Association of Maldives
•  Promoting and helping all the football activities in Zone/atoll

Responsibilities:

•  Teach Appropriate fundamentals football Skills
• Emphasizing on values, fun, skill development, fair play, teamwork & sportsmanship
• Be punctual & conduct program with professionalism & discipline
• Conduct skill & technique assessment every 3 months
• Provide a safe learning environment for training or game before every session
• Conduct a minimum of 3 sessions per age group every week.
