   2. The information session regarding the captioned project would be held on 01 April 2019, Monday 11:00AM, at Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure.
   3. Bid opening would commence on 07 April 2019, Sunday 11:00AM, at Ministry of National Planning and Infrastructure.  Those who do not attend on time will not be allowed to submit their proposals.
