Bid must reach Maldives Post Limited by 15th April 2018 at the latest.
Description:
We are looking for a brand new Mini delivery van that has enough space to carry and deliver mail. The vehicle should have the capacity of 5 seaters with adequate space to load huge amount of mail for delivery.

Packing and delivery:
Proper packaging should be done to avoid any damage to the vehicle. The delivery of the order is planned for: July, 2018.
Designated person from Maldives Post shall be notified before commencement of vehicle clearance from Maldives Customs Service. If the vehicle does not fit with Company’s requirement, the vehicle delivery cannot be accepted.
Samples:
Each bid must submit the vehicles specifications along with pictures of interior and exterior of the van.
Language:
Bid must be submitted in English.
Price:
The prices indicated in the bid must be in USD and each bid must clearly indicate the total landing costs (Cost, Insurance and Freight etc).
Bid Criteria:
- Price: 40%
- Delivery: 20%
- Experience: 20% (At least 2 references of any related works carried out previously must be submitted with the proposal)
- Financial Stability: 20% ( Bank statement of the past 3 months)
Note: Bids which are incomplete/ does not fit to our requirement will be cancelled
It is at the discretion of the company to reject the bids which does not comply with our requirement. In addition, the Company has the right to cancel the bid for other technical reasons.
Documents to be submitted with the proposal:
- Independent parties must submit their ID card / PP copy and documents of such previous work experiences.
- Company Profile
- Company Registration Certificate (Copy)
- At least 2 references from any related works carried out.
Validity:
Bids shall be valid for at least four months after the closing date of the call for tenders.
