1. Housing Development Corporation Ltd invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for Event Planning & Management Services for Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (ART FESTIVAL 2017) and the remedying of any defects therein.
2. Housing Development Corporation Ltd will be financingfor the project  Event Planning & Management Services for Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (ART FESTIVAL 2017)
3. Housing Development Corporation Ltdnow invites sealed bids from eligible interested tenderers for the construction,completion and remedying of any defects of the Project.
4. Tenders may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tenders from, and inspect the tender documents at the office ofHousing Development Corporation Ltd, 3^rd Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumalé, and Republic of Maldives.
5. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by eligible interested Tenderers from HDC’s website link: www.hdc.com.mv/bids. Bidders may contact us at [email protected] to acquire the bid document as well.
6. Tenders must be submitted to the office mentioned above in Clause 4, not later than [14:00 HRS] on [16^th August 2017] .
7. Tenders will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned above in Clause 4, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. This session will take place at time and date tabulated in Clause 8 of this section or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers.
