Custom Clearance, Handling & Delivery of Sea Shipments for MACL Duty Free

 The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) operating the Velana International Airport (VIA) seeks an Agent for Custom clearance, handling and delivery of MACL Duty Free Sea Shipments from Port to MACL Duty Free sites at VIA.

A compulsory Pre-bid Meeting for all interested parties will be held on 1400hrs of 04^th April 2017, Tuesday, in MACL Corporate Office building at VIA. Only the interested parties that attend the compulsory Pre-bid Meeting on time and sign its register will be allowed to submit bids.

Sealed bids in compliance with the details and requirements stated in the Tender Document shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and must be delivered to the address in the Tender Document on or before 1400hrs of 19^th April 2017, Wednesday. Late bids will be rejected.

The Offers from each Bidder will be opened at sharp 1400hrs on 19^th April 2017, Wednesday, in MACL Corporate Office Building at VIA, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

Evaluation of the bids will be performed after which MACL will deliberate and finalize the award.
