- The bidder shall quote for all items.
- Quotation shall indicate the following:
a) Price
CIF Male’ Price
*Quotation shall indicate the unit price, total price for each item and total price of the quotation. The quotation should separately indicate additional charges such as freight charges, taxes, etc.
b) Currency: Should be stated in Maldivian Rufiyaa.
c) Technical Specification (s): Bidders must submit data sheets or technical specifications to enable technical evaluation of the item (s) quoted.
d) Payment: As per the payment terms provided on the quotation.
Payment terms: Payment shall be made in Maldivian Rufiyaa
Quotation Validity: Quotation validity shall be minimum 60 days from the date of quotation opening.
e) Important Note: It is in FENAKA Corporation Limited’s discretion to reject/cancel any quotation which does not fulfill or comply the above terms.
Note: Please make sure the items are properly packaged and labeled separately as specifications given above. In case the items do not meet the required standards, they will be rejected / returned.
