Note: Please make sure the items are properly packaged and labeled separately as per the quantities given in the list of items above.
- The bidder shall quote for all items.
- Quotation shall indicate the following:
a) Price
CIF Male’ price
*Quotation shall indicate the unit price, total price for each item and total price of the quotation. The quotation should separately indicate additional charges such as freight charges, taxes, etc.
b) Currency Shall be quoted in Maldivian Rufiyaa
c) Delivery Period (In days) For CIF quoted quotations; additional 07 days shall be included for the clearing; handling and delivery to FENAKA Corporation limited. Delivery indicates ‘ex-stock’ and a particular duration not specified shall be taken same as the party offering the longest delivery period.
d) Technical Specification(s): Bidders must submit data sheets or technical specifications to enable technical evaluation of the item (s) quoted.
e) Payment: As per the payment terms provided on the quotation.
Payment terms: Payment shall be made in Maldivian Rufiyaa
Quotation Validity: Quotation validity shall be minimum 60 days from the date of quotation opening.
f) Important Note: It is in FENAKA Corporation Limited’s discretion to reject/cancel any quotation which does not fulfill or comply the above terms.
Note: Please make sure the items are properly packaged and labeled separately as specifications given above. FENAKA Corporation Limited will only accept cables that meet British standard and is approved by Maldives Environment Authority. In case the items do not meet the required standards, they will be rejected / returned.
Evaluation Criteria
- Proposal Cost: 60 points for the price (lowest price)
- (Lowest Price / Proposed Price) x 60
- Payment Terms: 15 points for the maximum days given for payment
- (Proposed Credit Period / Longest Credit Period) x 15
- Delivery: 25 points for the minimum days to deliver the items.
- (Shortest Delivery Period / Proposed Delivery Period) x 25
