Request for Expressions of Interest

The government of Maldives has received Aid for the Enhancing Education Development Project (EEDP), administered by the World Bank and to be implemented by the Ministry of Education (MoE). Under the project, MoE will finance the improvement and/or expansion of schools across the country.

As part of this project MoE seeks a specialist/consultant to help with strengthening of Maldives Qualification Authority in the Maldives. Interested eligible parties are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest for the following position.

Expressions of Interest need to be submitted along with the CV, reference letter, validated documents supporting the candidate’s qualifications and experience, and the attested copy of ID card/Passport before 09^th October 2014, 14:00pm for the following position.

Consultant - Strengthen the Maldives Qualifications Authority (MQA) (EEDP.C.15)

Objective

The objective of this assignment is to support strengthening of MQA that reflects the quality of the delivery of higher education and training in the country.

Duration of services and terms of payment

The service is for a period of three months. The consultant will be hired as a specialist/consultant under the project and will be paid on completion of the assignment in accordance with the agreed rate.
