Subject: Supply and Delivery of Futsal Ground Outdoor Surface Tiles
1. The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Youths and Sports (the Employer), invites bids from local and foreign Contractors for the Supply and Delivery of Futsal Ground Outdoor Surface Tiles
2. The Bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 175,000.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand) or equivalent in foreign currency which shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Bid. The amount of performance security shall be 5% of contract price. An advance payment of 15% of contract price will be provided upon submission of an advance payment guarantee.
3. Interested eligible applicants may obtain further information, and obtain a complete set of the Bidding document in electronic format from Tender Evaluation Section of Ministry of Finance and Treasury, from August 21, 2014 toAugust 31, 2014between 0830 hrs and 1430 hrs on all working days, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MVR 500.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa Five Hundred).
4. Pre-bid meetings will be held on 1st September 2014 (Monday) at 1000 hrs Maldivian time at Tender Evaluation Section of Ministry of Finance and Treasury.
5. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to Ministry of Finance and Treasury at the address specified below in Clause 6 of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 1000hrs Maldivian time on 8th September 2014 (Monday), at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend.
