Tendering Process
Registration: Tenderers can register by visiting our Head Office (during office hours) and via below email.
Deadline for Registration is 26th January 2020, 1100hrs.
Bid Documents: A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via e-mail on
the 26thJanuary 2020, only to the parties who have registered.
Pre bid Conference: Pre bid Conference will be held at STO Head Office at 1100hrs 28th January 2020.
Questions and Replies: Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be submitted to the address specified below.
Deadline for queries is29th January 2020, 1100hrs by e-mail. Replies to questions will be
given to all those who successfully registered under the tender by 30th January 2020.
Tender Submission: NOT LATER than on 03rd February 2020 at 1100hrs.
Submissions after deadline shall be rejected.
