1. The Maldives National University (MNU) is seeking interested parties to supply a Robotic Document Scanner for the Central Library.

2. Companies who are interested in supplying a Robotic Document Scanner and which meets the listed specifications are invited to submit bids.

3. Interested parties should therefore, submit bids in writing to The Maldives National University with the following information.

• A brief profile of the company

• List of places the specific brand has been supplied for the past 5 years

• The respective column of the attached document “Specification of Robotic Automatic Document Scanner” filled with relevant product information.

• Detail brochure of the Scanner

• Quotation for the Robotic Document Scanner. The quotation must include:
• the price of the product,
• packing & handling charges, air / sea freight up to the port of Male’ , Republic of Maldives
• Initial installation charges and staff training in Male’, Maldives.
• Any other expenses that may occur. (If the additional charges are not listed, MNU will consider the cost as inclusive in the price and the supplier will be requested to provide the above mentioned service.)

• Warranty terms, and future cost for technical assistance online and in case a physical or technical damage which cannot be corrected via local or online assistance.

• Evidence of successful work relationship with the clients who are using the Robotic scanner of your company.

4. Any clarifications regarding the bid may be sent to the following two address on or before 14:00hrs (Maldivian time) on 13^th July 2019.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or not later than 14:00hrs (Maldivian time) on July 22^nd, 2019 (Monday).

6. Mode of delivery maybe via mail or email ([email protected]). Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.

7. Proposals will be evaluated by a technical committee of MNU. Points will be given to proposals according to the criteria specified below. Marks for experience will be based on the supporting documents submitted along with the proposal.
