1. Housing Development Corporation Ltdinvites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the completion of the project, Replacement of Common Area Railings in TATA Flats (Wayside & Gaakoshi) 2017,and the remedying of any defects therein.
2. Housing Development Corporation Ltdwill be financingfor the project, Replacement of Common Area Railings in TATA Flats (Wayside & Gaakoshi) 2017.
3. Housing Development Corporation Ltdnow invites sealed bids from eligible interested tenderers for the construction,completion and remedying of any defects of the project, Replacement of Common Area Railings in TATA Flats (Wayside & Gaakoshi) 2017.
4. Tenders may obtain further information about this Invitation of Tenders from, and inspect the tender documents at the office ofHousing Development Corporation Ltd, 3^rd Floor, HDC Building, Hulhumalé, Republic of Maldives.
5. A complete set of the tender documents may be obtained by eligible interested Tenderers from HDC’s website link: www.hdc.com.mv/announcements. Bidders may contact us at [email protected] to acquire the bid document as well.
6. Tenders must be submitted to the office mentioned above in Clause 4, not later than [14:00 Hrs.] on [02^nd November 2017] and must be accompanied by a tender security, in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, in the amount of [MVR 500,000.00 - Maldivian Rufiyaa Five Hundred Thousand].
7. Tenders will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned above in Clause 4, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. This session will take place at time and date tabulated in Clause 8 of this section or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers.
