Tendering Process

Registration:                             Tenderers can register by visiting our Head Office (during office hours) and via email. Deadline for Registration is 01^st December 2019, 1100hrs.

                                                  A complete set of Bidding Document shall be sent via e-mail on the 01^st December 2019, only to the parties who have registered under the tender.

Pre-bid Conference:                   Pre-Bid conference will be held at STO Head Office on 03^rd December 2019, 1400hrs.

Questions and Replies:              Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be submitted to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 04^th December 2019, 1000hrs by e-mail.

                                                   Replies to questions will be given to all those who successfully registered under the tender by 05^th December 2019.

Tender Submission:                   NOT LATER than on 08^th December 2019 at 1400hrs.

                                                   Submissions after deadline shall be rejected.
